Junk Mail / Cache Mode

Trying to figure something out for my CEO.
Using MSOffice2003

The Junk mail filter only works in Cache Mode, but then there is nothing in
the InBox. If I get out of Cache Mode, everything shows back up in the
InBox, but all junk mail goes to the Inbox. But, when in Cache Mode, she
does get email in her Inbox on her Blackberry, just not on her laptop.

Any suggestions to keep the Junk Mail filter working and get new emails to
show up in the Inbox?

Thanks!

WHere is her delivery location, the Exchange mail box or a PST?

Blackberry software is known for causing strange side-effects in Outlook.
I'd eliminate it during the test.

The exchange mail box.

The junk mail used to work. About 3 weeks ago it just stopped filtering and
so we tried in the cache mode & nothing.

Is there another program I could download that would help with all the junk?

thanks!

Cached Exchange mode MUST be enabled for the Junk E-mail rule to work.

Although I'm sure there are some, I'm not familiar with any that work with
an Exchange server.

Have you tried completely disabling Cached Exchange mode, stopping Outlook,
deleting the OST, restarting Outlook, reenabling Cached Exchange mode, and
finally stopping and restarting Outlook once more? Additionally, check
this: http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/fix_junk.htm . And disable the
Blackberry software while testing.
