junk folder indicates emails, but when opening up junk folderzero

outlook, windows xp

Folder shows there is junk mail, but when open folder there is nothing
there. I will go and delete junk mail that I never see. My filters are set
low. It was working until last week?
 
I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
