Junk emails

Guys, when i run my outlook NOT IN cached exchanged mode, my junk mail filter
does not filter out the email addresses that are in my blocked senders list.
Running Outlook 2003. please help.

For an Exchange account, the Junk engine only works when running in cached
mode.

Is there a way to filter without running in cached mode?

Set default delivery location to a personal folders (.pst) file. The reason
why is that Outlook has to give some time for server side solutions to do
their work before it does its thing.

PS - i would go with cached mode over using a pst file.
