Junk EMail

I'm using MS Outlook 2002(10.6515.6714)SP3.

The program has started indescriminately automatically sending some messages
(that I want to keep) from frequent senders to the deleted file, marked red.
It seems to be identifying these as junk email. My Junk Email list is blank
(nothing on the list).

How do I identify these to the program as wanted email and not put them in
the deleted items folder?

check out the rules or filters that your system has for some messages

The Junk E-mail filter in Outlook 2002 does NOT move items to the Deleted
Items folder unless you have configured it to do so. Its default action is
simply to color the subjects of junk mail, but leave them in the Inbox.
Moreover, the Junk Mail filer is not even enabled by default, so if it's
operational at all, it's because you enabled it.

You have several choices. One is to disable the junk mail filter altogether
(Tools>Organize). Another is to remove the rule that is deleteing the
items. Another is to add the frequent senders to your Safe Senders list.
