Blocking Unwanted Email

Is there a way to block unwanted email, spam, etc. from
reaching my inbox? I've been using the junk email
feature, but it only seems to be able to screen a few of
the senders you identify.

What version of Outlook? Outlook's mail rules only act on mail after
download so the mail will be delivered to your in-box. Rules take over from
there.

You haven't said which version of OL you're using, but you could have at
look at Mailwasher http://www.mailwasher.net/ Download free version from
here.

Can you give me an example of a rule to immediately
delete a message?

After mail arrives, with CVB in the senders field, permanently delete.
