Junk Email

Dave

I have accidentally added an email to my 'junk senders
list' and it now keeps appearing in my junk email folder
(which it should do from the rule). Is there any way
whatsoever to remove the junk email status from this mail
so that I can keep it anywhere other than the junk email
folder? It's just that everytime I run the junk mail
rule, it moves... Cheers

Hi,
you need to go to "tools" then "organise".
click on the "click here in the section:

"To add a sender to the Junk or Adult Content filter,
right-click a message and choose Junk E-Mail from the
menu. For more options click here. "

then click on the "edit junk senders". remove the
mistakenly added address and that should sort it out.

kind regards
Bruce

Thanks for that Bruce, I've tried that already and yes
that stops further mails from that person going through to
the junk mail folder but there still remains one or two
mails that keep going into the junk mail folder, I think
because in the feild it is labelled as junk mail type.
This is the bit I want to get rid of. If it cannot be
done then I'll just keep it in a different folder
altogether and just apply the rule to my inbox. Thanks
anyway...
