Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter Stopped Working

Did the last junk email filter update break the OL2003 Junk Email Filter?
Nothing is getting moved to the junk email folder anymore.

I verified that it's still enabled.

My other rules for incoming email are still working though. So it's limited
to the junk email feature of OL2003.

TIA!!

It's possible. It has happened before. Back the update out and see what
happens.

And then reinstall it.

My junk filter got munged a couple updates ago, and that fixed it for
me.

Mine also has stopped working. I'll try the solutions posted here to see if
it works.

I uninstalled the latest update, then downloaded and reinstalled it. The
junk mail filter just caught ten spam messages, so it's working again.
Thanks for the solution.

How do I do that? I'd like to just get it working .. what files are
involved to replace? Do they have a tool someone can run that will just fix
things?

Choose to uninstall the Outlook Junk Mail filter.

You're welcome. You might have to do it again some time so remember
how you did it. I've done it twice already.
