Junk email senders list management

I have Outlook 2002. How does a person add multiple senders (from multiple
junk emails) to the Junk Senders list all at once? It is pretty tedious
adding them one at a time. Thanks.

Outlook has no mechanism for doing this. IMO, it's a waste of time in most cases anyway, since the busy spammers change addresses so frequently.
