junk email folder

All of a sudden my junkmail folder has a red circle with a line through it.
None of my junk mail will go into that folder and it all goes to my Inbox.
How do i get my junkmail folder to work again? My list of block email list
is very long so it should be catching a lot of this stuff. I have it set to
high security. thank you.

That is the normal Junk Mail icon. It always has a red circle with a line.
Check your Junk Mail Settings to see why mail is not being diverted to the
folder. Actions>Junk mail> junk mail options.

thank you for your reply, but i have done all the necessary options and it
still will not go into my junk mail. This problem started last week and i
have no idea why? I have a list a mile long of blocked emails and even those
are coming through.

Try uninstalling the most recently added junk e-mail update and then allow
WIndows Update to reinstall it.

Thank you so much Brian. I went to my recently downloaded updates and
removed that update and i am back to normal.
