Junk EMail Folder

I have upgraded to Office2003 SP2 from Office2002. I deleted the junk email
folder in favor of using a different add-in (mistake!). Now Outlook is
continuing to filter my email and is removing email from my inbox. BUT,
since I do not have a junk email folder, I don't know where the email is
going or how to review it.

Can I re-create the junk email folder? How? Will that correct this situation?

There should be no way for you to delete the Junk E-mail folder. Outlook
should prevent you from doing so. Are you viewing the Folder List?
