Junk Email Floder

Is there any way in Outlook 2003 (Win XP platform) to add the 'empty junk
email folder' to one of the toolbars. It would be easier than having to
right-click on the junk email folder to get to it.

I don't think so since it isn't on any of the menu bar menus.
 
I thought there was a command for it in customize... but I can't find it
today... but rather than messing with that, why not set up autoarchive to
delete messages from it that are more than a day or two old? this gives you
a couple of days to find misdirected mail but keeps the folder manageable.
