junk e-mail filter outlook

I use outlook 2002 SP3 When I try to set up junk e-mail filter under tools
organize and click junk e-mail I get a script error and it will not set up.
Is there help?

Help>Detect and Repair, perhaps? You may need your Outlook CD.
