Junk E-mail Filter in OL2003

The new Junk E-mail Filter that replaces the rules used
in previous versions of Microsoft Outlook only works on
my "Inbox" and is not working on my "Inbox sub-folders".

I check three email accounts simultaneously and have
rules to move the messages sent through these accounts
after they arrive to their respective folders. The rules
were made in OL2000 then upgraded to OL2002 then finaly
OL2003.

I notice that the messages first hit the Junk E-mail
folder then get moved into the account folder.

Is there a way to turn off the rules processing just on
the Junk E-mail folder? Or can the Junk E-mail filter be
run on these sub-folders after the messages arrive?

The Junk filter works GREAT on the Inbox and my hat is
off to the programmers that made this happen. This is the
main reason that I upgraded from 2002 to 2003.

Thank you,
