jumping between windows

When I open several windows of the same application, say IE, they are
groupped in one cluster on the horisontal panel at the bottom of the screen
and to swap between the windows I have to open the cluster first.
Jumping between these windows using ALT-TAB does not work as it shows only
the cluster, not a separate window.
How shall I set it like it is in w2k - each window is represented
separately?

Right click a blank area of the taskbar, properties, taskbar tab, untic
"Group similar items". OK out. If you fill up the taskbar they will group
anyway.
