JPEG files - why can't I open them?

Why can't I open a jpeg attachment from email? In some instances, when I hit
the 'download' button on Hotmail, I don't even get a pop up window. But when
I do, it thinks about it for a while, then says 'Preview not available'. V
annoying, as everybody is now sending me photos from an event yesterday and I
can't see them! Thanks!

Hi Paivi,
I think that the person who sent you the attachment has moved the
file in his computer. So I would suggest you to verify the above from the
person. If the folder is still there where it is supposed to be then what i
suggest is that you mail me because that process is a bit complicated and i
dont wanna confuse you.

May need to empty Temporary Internet Files folder. In IE, go to
Tools>Internet options>General tab, then click on "Delete files" Button.

Still doesn't work. I can't even get the 'Download' button to do anything.

I'm stumped then. I see this problem posted almost daily and emptying TIF
folder usually cures it. Unsure what other response is about but may apply.
Sorry this is late but my ISP hung it up yesterday.
