Error Message when I open jpegs in Outlook

Help!

Recently i started having problems when i go to open jpegs that are emailed
to me.

When I click on the jpeg inside the email or after I dragged to desktop it
tells me "No Preview Available". However, when i get the same email via
hotmail or other account downloading and viewing is not an issue.

How do i rectify this problem?

DO you have Google Desktop Search installed?

For test purposes, uninstall it and see if that makes a difference. If it
does, try installing the most recent version.

What about those of us that don't have google desktop search installed?
Still waiting on a solution to KB945432.
