join server 2003

i have network includes server 2000 as a domain controller and 20 clint comuter
i plan to join server 2003 as other domain controller
what i need to do this

Install Windows Server 2003 on the second server and join it to your
existing domain, then use the Server Configuration Wizard to make it an
additional domain controller.
