In Ref to your fix for 6.2. uninstalled (Qos packet
Scheduler)
Messenger now back to normal,many thanks, is there now
away to reinstall if required? As its now disappeared.

Will you be making microsoft aware that there is a prolem?

Issues with QoS aren't anything new, the issue is known.
