If Windows is attempting to load, and then essentially rebooting, you have a
problem with your Windows installation..

To get into safe mode, you have to press F8 before the Windows loading
screen appears.. if you have a keyboard that has multi-function F keys, you
will have to press the F-lock key to release the keys to normal F key
operation..

In the event that you can't do this, you will need the help of a local
computer technician.. one presumes that you have backups of important files
etc..

You may also want to look at the computer manual or contact the vendor for
instruction on how to recover from a corrupt Windows installation..

Please do not start another thread.. keep all of your replies and questions
in this posting..
