I found temporary solution to this pgm:Jdrmcyk.exe. It disabled taskManger.
How did i know? I went to download.com to download another task manager
called TASKINFO2003. It lists all running programs.
JDRMCYK is on the list. I deleted it from TASKINF2003 Manager. I then try
Windows TASK MAnager. It opens successfully.. Then I reboot pc
and there goes JDRMCYK back on TASKINFO2003 list of running pgms. Task
Manager of course become disabled again. I deleted it again with
TASKINFO2003.

Please help me how to kill, nail and remove JDRMCYK !!!

This program may be spyware or other malware.
Down load ad-aware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/
and spybot search and destroy from
http://www.tucows.com/preview/310138.html
run them and see what comes up.
Run a good virus scan also.

It's almost certainly a virus - after you have killed it once (with
taskinfo) run your virus scanner (with an UP TO DATE pattern set) before
you reboot the computer. If you don't happen to have a virus scanner,
=get one=, but in the meantime you could try 'Stinger' from

http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

which will sort out a range of the more prevalent viruses.

I am running AVG Anti Virus and keep it running in the background.
Is it still considered scanners? I know you and others have tried to explain
them before. I am running Stinger, too. It may not be harmful to run them
concurrently.

AVG should be OK, as long as you have the latest pattern set. I wouldn't
bother with Stinger unless you fear you are infected - I'd maily
recommend it as a removal tool.

if neither of them find the culprit, then stop the .exe running (as you
have), then run start, run, msconfig, and look for the .exe name in the
startup options (and remove it), and then 'search' for it on your hard
drive, and remove it from there too. The problem with doing it manually
is that there may be more than just one .exe file involved in any
infection.

Agreed. The filename gives it away. Many virus programs create such
"random" filenames to confuse the user.
