jdbgmgr.exe bug

My mom deleted the jdbgmgr.exe file, and now our internet
shuts down the computer. I need to know how to recover
the file and where to put it.

Hello Ryan:

jdbgmgr.exe is the Java Debugger and deleting it shouldn't cause any error
unless you use Visual J++.
The symptom you mentioned sounds like the Blaster virus infection. Visit the
Microsoft website for more information.
