Javascript Error

Here's a tuff one (or so it seems):

Whenever I click on a link with javascript, the window
that is supposed to open does not open. I tried all sorts
of things but I'm really at a loss right now.

Do you have a pop-up blocker?

Google Toolbar
Yahoo Companion etc

If so turn it off and try again

I turned off Yahoo Messenger and NoPops but no change.

I know if I turn off my firewall it works for some sites.
But I don't WANT to turn off my firewall. There must be a
better way...
