java script question

I go to http://www.kpho.com/ and mouse over the play clips down in the
Status Bar this appears javascriptlayvidoclip(`plv225850`); However
when I click on this nothing happens I try to open in a new window it
tells me that it can not be displayed ETC
I have a few other javascripts that will not open from other web
sites.
Please tell me what settings that I need to change. I have my security
set to default ( I think).
I am using windows XP with all the updates installed. This has been
happening for some time now.

Hi,
Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options...

In the Internet Options window, select the Security tab

Under the Security tab, select the Internet Web content zone.

Under Security Level for this zone:
to enable JavaScript:
If there is a slider bar move the slider bar to Medium. Otherwise, if
the security level is Custom:


Click on the Custom Level ... button at the bottom of the page to open
the Security Settings window.

In the Security Settings window scroll down until you get to the section
called Scripting (near the bottom).

Under Scripting there is a catagory Active scripting, select the option
marked Enable for this catagory.

Click the OK button.
