Java script Question

I go to http://www.kpho.com/ and mouse over the play clips down in the
Status Bar thus appears javascriptlayvidoclip(`plv225850`); However
when I click on this nothing happens I try to open in a new window it
tell me that it can not be displayed ETC
I have a few other javascripts that will not open from other web
sites.
Please tell me what settings that I need to change. I have my security
set to default ( I think).
I am using windows XP with all the updates installed. This has been
happening for some time now.
