Java or Active X problem

Our IT can't solve this and Active X is OK, and latest Java s/ware
installed.
I/Explorer settings are to run video.

When I visit www.utc.com
there should be a movie playing in left hand column; I see nothing but
get double dutch
ie

code[number++] = "" code[number++] = "" code[number++] = ""
code[number++] = "" code[number++] = "" code[number++] = "" // keep
adding items here... increment = Math.floor(Math.random() * number);
document.write(code[increment]); //-->

Any suggestions valued.

Has it been "De-Dell-ified" ? - remove all the add-on junk
that Dell PCs ship with . Also, is the browser used IE ? and
which Security products (AV/Firewall) are being used. It
seems to be either browser Security Zone settings or maybe
a filtering function of the Security software ( ads/animations).

You probably need the latest Shockwave components, use the
following site to test/install them:
