Java Applets

My banking page displays a message "Your browser is not
able to run Java Applets. You will need to obtain a Java-
capable browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer" -
even though I am running IE under Windows XP

How do I enable Java Applets ??

You must go Sun Microsystems to install Java support. Microsoft does not
distribute Java support anymore because of legal issues with Sun.

Thanks for the succinct tip. I need to preview an application package which
uses Java applets. I will start shortly, now that I used your link to
download what I believe is the required java driver (?).

If you don't here from me, all went very smoothly.
