I have just moved to a new system, Win XP Pro with all of
the patches and Java installed. When I try to access this
one website which I use often, it gives me the error:
Applet TestApplet notinited
If I uncheck the box in the advanced settings that says
use Java (whatever), then I get past this error, but I do
not see the appropriate content on the site.
I have uninstalled all Java, reinstalled it, played
extensively with IE settings, and everything else I can
think of. The same site works fine on an older system.
I wouldn't be opposed to uninstalling IE 6 and installing
IE 5.5 if I could find a link to that download.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
