Japanese Text DIsplay - HELP

I am trying to view pages with Japanese characters but can
find no download or language support pack that works for
internet exlorer. I am using Version 6. When Microsoft
automatically asks if I want to install Japanese text to
view a page I am trying to view it will begin auto-
installation but then stops and asks me to insert the
Service Pack 3 CD-ROM which I've never owned. I am looking
for a download that will help me display Japanese pages.
Hope someone can help.

Go to the Windows Update site (Start=>Windows Update menu). There you will
find optional updates for your PC for language support for Windows
applications and Internet Explorer.

PS. It is a good idea to keep up-to-date with the latest releases and
patches from MS.
