Japanese language pack for IE6 on English Win XP?

Where is the Japanese language pack for use with IE6 on Win XP Pro?

I've been poking around on the MS site for some time and haven't found it.
I also need the Japanese IME for inputting Japanese into Outlook Express
email. I had Japanese working fine with IE6 and OE on my old computer with
Win98. Just got a new one with XP Pro.

Help, please!

Thanks very much! I'm now in business with both reading and writing
Japanese. For a while there, until I read the fine print, I thought I was
going to have to buy Office XP to use the IME..
