ixplore.exe error???

Not quite sure how to duplicat this issues, it just
happens sometimes. If you shut down a inter explore
windows you get this box that comes up the title is
always IXPLORE.EXE MEMORY ERROR, and in the box, if
gives you what looks like a memory address it has been a
day or so since the error and i can't remeber exactly
what it said. I have a gateway computer and have ran
thier inhouse daig program pcdoctor and the memory test
came back clean, the have addressing test passed, all
memory test passed, so that leads me to belive that that
the ram is ok, but i have no idea what else it could be.
Any help would be great.
