I've forgotton my Hotmail password.

Erm... before someone shoots me down...
YES... I know this is the wrong group!!
I can't find a group for Hotmail (apart from a Spanish one).

I've lost my Hotmail password.
(I changed it... and forgot what I changed it to.)
I can't answer the security question I set for myself. : (

Can someone give me a pointer of where I can go to get help??
(I've emailed Microsoft... and have a got a support reference number...
this was 2 days ago.)
(If I don't get a reply... I'll write to Bill Gates... erm... well...
erm... not really.)

ANY help would be appreciated.
