iTunes & new IE7 security update

After downloading a security u/d to IE7, suddnely iTunes will not launch.
Tried repairing, uninstalling, installing agian ... nothing helps. I don't
know if it haas anything to do with the security u/d, but that's the only
thing that changed that I can determine. Anyone else having a problem like
this? Thoughts?

Have you tried to remove that update, and then a system restore to the
restore point set right before the update was installed?
