how do I get rid of the windows do you want an upgrade
pop up...it comes on everytime I turn on my computor and
even though I have said I didn't want it ...about 100
times now it keeps popping up everytime I turn on my
computor

Exactly what is the popup asking you? Have you turned off
the messenger service?

Why don't you give us the "exact" wording of the message, including what
type of pop-up box it is in. Is it in a "messenger" pop-up?

I have the reverse problem. Whenever I used to exit MSMoney I would get a balloon like pop up telling me I had files to be written to CD. How can I turn on that feature. Now I just get a small icon pop up on my taskbar.
