its all chineese to me ??? Help!

Left my puter on for a couple of days while camping and
when I came back I could no longer read the screen!!all I
see is sqares triangles x's lines..........Can some one
help me please..............

Hi

Try a System Restore back to a point before the problem started. If that doesn't help, check your system for viruses with the latest definitions for your AV program and check for any spyware that might be on your system:
