when im on the internet and click out of a page im on it shuts down and im
back to my start page i click my internet icon and i get a message that its
already running and i cant get to it

You're asking in the wrong place. This forum is for questions about the
database software Microsoft Access.

I strongly suggest that you find someone local who is familiar with the
Internet and with your browser software who can help train you to use the
computer effectively. It will probably be hard to resolve this problem over
the net... especially if you're having trouble staying on the net!
