After running several windows updates I have noticed that some items that
used to appear on the All Programs Menu aren't there anymore, example:
Microsoft Word . I can find the programs but do not know how to get them
back on the All Programs Menu. Please help.
Thanks jh

The items on the All Programs Menu arew simply shortcuts to the actual
program.

Find the program file for the application. (Winword.exe)

Using the right mouse button, press and hold the button, drag the file over
the Start Button until the Start Menu expands, hover the cursor over the All
Programs button until it expands and drop the file there. When the menu pops
up, select Create Shortcut Here from the menu.

You only need to drag the single .EXE file for each program to the All
Programs menu. You can also right click the .exe file and select Create
Shortcut and drag this shortcut file to the All Programs menu.
