it seems that i'm not allowed to open any of my *.*exe files..

why can't i? i think because my pc is infected with some kind of virus but i
don't know why.. mmmm also, it seems that the "rundll32" file it's broken or
i dunno.. oh.. and when i try to open my system icon on control panel , pops
up a message tat says: "c:windows\system32\rundll32.exe no se ha encontrado
la aplicacion" (can't find the aplication) i'm from mexico, so do you think
you can help me?

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
