it doesn`t look right!

since a bought my new lap top vajo,all the time windows xp opens there is a
window on the screen,before was the one of AOL asking me to connect,now AOL
has disappeared and a window of system 32 saying TESE FILES ARE HIDDEN...
appears all the time!
how can i get rid of it? what is going on?
can you help me?
