Issues with default Calendar

OK, here's the issue I am having, try and follow along. I have a use
who is on two seperate networks. She has two Outlook accounts. One i
an Exchange accout (that is on my network), the other is a Microsof
Mail account (on the other network). She never directly logs into m
domain. She just logs in locally on her PC, but when she accesse
resources on my domain she'll use her given credentials. She doesn'
seem to have access to the global catalog in her Outlook for th
exchange account, I believe this is an issue that is created becaus
she is also using the older Microsoft Mail in her Outlook. She need
access to another users Calendar from time to time. Because she can'
get the global catalog, I had to export the users calendar to a .ps
file. Then, import it back into anew calendar folder and share that ou
to her directly. I had to do it with a local folder because it wouldn'
let me share out an exchange folder directly. So now she can access hi
calendar through his new shared calendar folder. So he no longer use
his exchange calendar. Which is OK with both of us, there are just
few issues. One is, his Outlook today still shows his Exchang
calendar. The other issue is, he has a Pocket PC that syncs with hi
outlook. But I haven't found a way to sync his PDA calendar with hi
new calendar folder, rather than his Exchange calendar. Is there a wa
to set a calendar to be the default calendar. Or maybe a way to chang
what calendar folder to sync to in ActiveSync? Or maybe a better way t
do the whole setup (which I am sure there is). Any advice would b
great. Thanks

Say I were to setup his new calendar folder in a new datafile, and se
that datafile to be were mail is to be delivered. Then set rules s
that all his mail gets put back into his exchange inbox. Would that se
his new calendar folder to be the calendar that his Pocket PC will syn
with? Or will his Pocket PC still sync with his Exchange calendar eve
though the delivery location is set for his new calendar. I guess
could try it out, but I'd hate to mess around with too many settin
just for it not to work

OK, so I can't set rules for a calendar, so there goes that idea. Anyone
have any suggestions??
