Issue When Opening Windows

I'm looking for some help with a strange problem. When I click on
link, the new window that opens is small, and I need to manuall
maximize the window. This just started happening only recently, an
I can't figure out how to fix it. Any ideas? I run XP, and all m
virus protection is up to date. I have scanned for spyware and cam
up clean with each program I used. I don't believe this is spywar
or a virus, just a setting adjustment that I can't find

Is this some sort of game?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
