issue deploying xp

Hello,

after running sysprep -mini reseal the system shut down,
but by accident I started the computer again.

Haven't clicked on the "next" button and shut off the
computer right away. Can I still use this for a Ghost image?
I mean didn't the startup of minisetup created a SID?

Also, I tried to ghost the installtion right after
shutting it down, but ghost complained about it has encountered
an NTFS volume with a logfile that has not been flushed.

Is this because of the startup?
And can I run minisetup and after this, diss-join the machine
from the domain and sysprep -reseal again?

Yes. But remember you can only reset the activation key 3 times after that sysprep wont reset the key
