Hi.
I can't understand sysprep -factory and -reseal mode.
I have 50 workstations on which I would like to deploy Windows XP Prof.
using third party cloning software (udpcast).
I read technet and I still have doubts about using -factory and -reseal
mode. I'm not sure if workstation after cloning can reboot in factory
mode (download what it needs more from network) and than boot again in
reseal mode or what? Sentence from microsoft.com "You can also use
Factory mode to update other .ini or answer files, such as Sysprep.inf,
OOBEinfo.ini, or .isp and .ins files." makes me confused. Does it mean
that after cloning images to workstations sysprep will for example
download sysprep.ini file and then do minisetup like it would normally?
Thaks for explaining it to me.
Sorry for my poor english..
