Issue after installing SP4

After applying SP4 to a Windows 2000 Professional PC, we
noticed the computer being "stacked" in the logon process
to the network. The only way to make it work is to unplug
the network cable ( obviusly not a solution ! )
With SP3 there were no problems at all with the sign-on
process. Is there any fix or workaround about this ?
thanks , HMZ

If you have ipsec installed in a policy, try to disable
it. It worked for us but it is not a permanent soulution.
