I was doing some general cleaning backingup etc. and decided to bring my
system some new life with clean installs. I have all Dell comps. I went to
reinstall 2K in my laptop and the files issdbg.dll and sysmain.sdb would not
install. I got Dell support on line and we worked for hours. We removed all
partitions, debugged, reformatted and still no luck, finally I bypassed
these files and continued install. My help files no longer function and I
have no idea what else will not function. I paid for 2k and all comps are
under Dell support. I am very frustrated, any help is appreciated..Mike

Ran a diagnostics and had a defective drive. Dell is overniting replacement.
Although I believe this Laptop has trouble formating or even debugging over
some windows files, I will take any suggestions in curing that
problem..Thanks
