I know this might be a stupid question but I was reading one of the posts
about the servers needed for incoming/outgoing mail..How do I contact my ISP?

Your ISP is not necessarily what you want, unless they are also your email
provider.
Do you have an existing email address? If so, what is the part of your
email address after the @ symbol?
Your email provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider.
