AOL is such a piece of trash, I'm sort of desparate to change. Any opinions on
different ISP's in the north central west virginia area? All advice is
appreciated.

How about asking in an ISP newsgroup?

I am not sure it is available to you where you are, but AT&T Worldnet
is great. I have used it for several years now.

There used to be quides online that would accept an input of your
region and tell you what was available. Your best bet is to try a few
, most are easy to quit withing the trial period. Youll only know if
you get decent connections if you try the service.

How about looking in the phone book?
