ISO Sony CRX225A CD Burner Faceplate

Anyone know where I can get a black faceplate for my Sony CRX225A CD
Burner? It came with either a beige or black faceplate. I used the
beige one because at the time the pc I put it in was that color. Now I
have a system in a dark navy case. I'd like to switch the faceplate to
black. Only, I cannot locate the black one. TIA

Why not spray-paint the one you can find? Black will cover beige quite

That's a great ideal. My problem with it is two fold: 1) how to then
change any black lettering to white, 2) I have what is called a familial
tremor in my hands - it makes fine painting like this un-doable.

Anybody have any ideas as to where I might get this part? I looked at
Sony Burners support pages and did not find a means to obtain the
faceplate or what they call a bezel.

Why do you need the lettering? Personally I like the plain look, but that's
just me.

Just aesthetics and also so I don't press the eject button instead of
the skip track button by mistake. Anyway it doesn't matter now. I just
found out that I can order a replacement from Sony burner tech support.
There's nothing on the Sony web site to indicate availability of
replacements. I found this out by emailing tech support and asking
where I could get a faceplate / bezel.
