ISO File

I have installed Windows Vista RC1 and I am trying to extract the files like
it said and I don't have an ISO File extracter and if want one I have to buy
it but if anyone has a free one I can use please tell me.

I don't understand what you mean by extract the files, what is telling you
to do that? If you have installed Vista I assume you must have already
burned the ISO image to a DVD-R. There is no need to extract the iso file
since all the files will be right there on your DVD.

Why do you want to extract the files? If you have it installed already, you
don't need to. If you don't have it installed, use the .iso file to burn a
DVD image and use the DVD to install RC1.

Any decent archiving program can extract contents of ISO files. My favorite
is freeware 7-zip:
