iSearch Doesn't Clear

I pull down "Clear Search History" on iSearch, and nothing
happens. That's after closing out of IE, rebooting, etc.
Is there anything that I can do? Thanks!

I'd like to remove the iSearch toolbar, but it seems to be
locked.
