ISEARCH Bar !! How do I get rid of it?? Is it Spyware?

I have the bar on my explorer, ISEARCH. It looks like a
pop up blocker, I don't know where I got if from, but it
doesn't allow me to delete anywhere from my computer.
When I go to "view" and "Toolbars" it has made them un-
highlightabel. It keeps changing my home page and how do
I get rid of this??

You may have malware/spyware of some sort on your machine: Download, install
and update the programs listed below and run them all. Also install the
SpywareBlaster to keep the scumware from getting on your machine. NOTE, the
